Support and Charity Foundation MAMŲ UNIJA
Manvesta is delighted to continue its partnership with Mamų Unija, a charity foundation dedicated to providing vital support for children battling serious illnesses and their families. This year, we are pleased to support Mamų Unija, the Support and Charity Foundation, to further their important work. By supporting Mamų Unija, we aim to empower families and help improve the lives of those who need it most, reinforcing our commitment to making a meaningful difference in our community.
RIMANTAS KAUKĖNAS CHARITY FOUNDATION
Manvesta is supporting the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charity Foundation, whose mission is to bring happiness to children facing serious illnesses by fulfilling their dreams. This holiday season, we are pleased to contribute to the foundation, helping to brighten the lives of these brave children and bring them moments of joy and hope.
FINANCIAL AID FOR THE JURBARKAS COMMUNITY
Manvesta is proud to continue supporting the top three graduates of Jurbarkas Antanas Giedraitis-Giedrius Gymnasium with financial scholarships for the third consecutive year. By recognizing academic excellence, we aim to encourage the bright future of young talents and contribute to the development of our local community. We wish all graduates the best of luck in their future endeavors and are confident their achievements will continue to bring pride and recognition to the region.
PIE DAY
On Pie Day, Manvesta employees came together to share their homemade pies and contribute to a meaningful cause. Donations collected during the event were dedicated to supporting the Support and Charity Foundation Mamų unija and Rimantas Kaukenas Charity Foundation. To amplify the impact, Manvesta tripled the total amount raised, reflecting our dedication to supporting those in need and fostering a culture of kindness and generosity within our company.
UŽ PERGALĘ GYVENTI
Manvesta proudly continues its partnership with the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charity Foundation, supporting the UŽ PERGALĘ GYVENTI (For the victory to live) charity tennis and padel tournament. This heartfelt event brings together sports enthusiasts and the wider community to support children facing serious health challenges. By contributing to this initiative, we aim to inspire hope, bring smiles, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young fighters and their families. Such efforts reflect Manvesta’s belief in the power of collective action to create a brighter future for those in need.
DAROM 2024
Manvesta organized its internal Darom 2024 initiative, focusing on cleaning up Manvesta forest. This effort highlights our dedication to environmental sustainability and fostering a cleaner, healthier community. Demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and community well-being, our employees joined forces to clean up local areas, collecting waste and fostering a cleaner, greener environment. Through such activities, we aim to inspire positive change and contribute to a more sustainable future for everyone.
2023
FINANCIAL AID FOR THE JURBARKAS COMMUNITY
Manvesta, originally founded in Jurbarkas, continues to invest in its community by aiding in projects such as the reconstruction of the Antanas Giedraitis - Giedrius Gymnasium and supporting local festivities. The company also honors academic excellence by awarding scholarships to three students annually for outstanding academic achievements.

Manvesta remains steadfast in supporting Ukraine and its people.
Together with the Rimantas Kaukenas Charity Foundation and the United Bees Fund NGO, Manvesta ensured the delivery of much-needed provisions to Kherson.
STANDING FIRM WITH MAMŲ UNIJA SUPPORT AND CHARITY FOUNDATION
Egle Melinauskiene started the Mamy unija initiative 15 years ago, and through the years, the small NGO has grown into one of the most recognized charity organizations in Lithuania. Mamy unija collaborates with oncology centers, offers financial aid to those in need, and provides much-needed moral support to kids and their families. The company's commitment to the initiative this year remains as firm as ever: Manvesta donated more than 50,000 euros to the cause.
UŽ PERGALĘ GYVENTI
Two years in a row Manvesta was the main sponsor of the UŽ PERGALĘ GYVENTI (For the victory to live) family tennis tournament by the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charity Foundation. The main focus of this tournament was to fulfill the dreams of kids battling severe illnesses.
Manvesta was more than happy to surprise little Isabel with her dream dog. Everyone in the company is confident that it will help her push through the toughest challenges and become a healthy, strong, and happy child once again.
RIMANTAS KAUKĖNAS CHARITY FOUNDATION
The main focus of the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charity Foundation is to bring as much happiness as possible into the lives of sick children by fulfilling their dreams. Manvesta is honored to be a part of this organization while bringing hope and joy to these children. This year.
Manvesta made a Christmas donation of 50,000 euros for the charity foundation.
MO MODERN ART MUSEUM
Art is an important part of our lives, whether it's a painting in your room or a monumental statue in the Town Square. Art in itself is a torrent of beauty, joy, new horizons, and dreams. Manvesta is proud to be amongst the ambassadors of the MO Modern Art Museum in Vilnius.
2022
FAR-REACHINSUPPORT TO THE UKRAINIAN REFUGEES
We have been supporting Ukrainians since the start of the war by making a significant donation to the Blue / Yellow for Ukraine organization. Furthermore, we assisted Ukrainian refugees to arrive from the Ukrainian-Polish borders and organized provisions to ensure a fresh start in Lithuania. Overall, we estimate to have spent over 100 000 EUR and many of our employees participated in activities to assist Ukrainians.
SEPTEMBER 1ST SUPPORT FOR THE "MAMŲ UNIJA" SUPPORT AND CHARITY FOUNDATION
On September 1st, we donated very much needed virtual-reality (VR) headsets, tablets and an array of other study-related materials for children suffering from oncological diseases.
FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND TENNIS CHARITY EVENT IN LITHUANIA
Together with our partners & the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charitable Foundation we organized a tennis double charity tournament in Vilnius. All of the raised funds were donated to the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charitable Foundation.
DONATION TO THE MAMŲ UNIJA SUPPORT AND CHARITY FOUNDATION.
Similarly to last year, we donated 20 000 EUR to the Mamų Unija organization. We hope that the extended support will provide use and minimize hardships for children suffering from oncological diseases and their families.

Similarly to last year, we donated 20 000 EUR to the Rimantas Kaukėnas Charitable Foundation. We join their quest to provide assistance and alleviate the suffering of ill children and their families.
2021
DONATION TO THE MAMŲ UNIJA SUPPORT AND CHARITY FOUNDATION.
This year, support of 25 000 EUR from our company has already reached the Mamų Unija. This support for them is an opportunity to improve the Family Home, a rehabilitation and information center for severely ill children and their relatives, which will create a safe, cosy, and healthy environment for the entire family of a sick child.
DONATION TO THE RIMANTAS KAUKĖNAS CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
This year, support of 3 000 EUR from our company has already reached Rimantas Kaukėnas Charitable Foundation. This support is an opportunity for them to ease the burden on children with grave illnesses and their families. Help them survive severe diagnosis or trauma, a long healing journey, and fill the lives of children with light.
